Place your order before 12 noon Monday - Friday and we will dispatch that same day.
A signature will be required from you upon delivery. If you have missed the delivery, do not worry you will receive a card with instructions explaining how to pick up or arrange a new delivery.
Delivery cut-off Times explained
Monday – Friday Delivery
Orders received Monday to Friday by 12 noon will be printed and dispatched that same day, orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched the next working day.
After 12 noon Friday, Saturday and Sunday
All orders received after 12 noon Friday, Saturday & Sunday will be dispatched next working day (Monday) and delivered on Tuesday unless you have opted for a Saturday delivery.

You will receive your funeral stationery on Tuesday by 1pm. We have an option for Saturday delivery if needed, this can be selected on the product page.
We advise you to call us if you have missed the cut off time of 12 noon on any working weekday. We still may be able to dispatch after 12 noon.
We have an option for you to select Saturday by 9am delivery on the product page.
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries due to the nature of our next working day delivery. If your item has not arrived by the stated date please contact us right away and let us know so we can see what has gone wrong.
