Our Guarantee to you
We take great pride in the work we do and we want you to be happy with your funeral stationery. However, if we have made a mistake with your funeral stationery and it falls short of your expectations, please tell us immediately and we’ll do everything we can to fix it.
We cannot accept responsibility for any spelling or grammar errors that have been spotted after confirming the approved proof online.
Telephone Orders: Must be cancelled within 30 minutes of order by email or telephone. We can only offer a full refund provided no design work has been carried out. We do not refund orders once the initial design proof has been submitted to the customer.
Online Orders: Cannot be cancelled as the printing process normally starts as soon as orders are received.
Print Errors: If your cards arrive incorrect due to a printing error a free reprint or refund will be offered.
Late Delivery: If your order was dispatched by us within the specified turnaround but is delayed, lost or stolen whilst in the care of the postal services then a free reprint will be offered without any questions.

In the event we cannot resolve it right away, Alex or Emma will contact you to obtain details of the problem. The Devine Promise is to contact you within three hours between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
We’ll come back with a solution. We will fix the problem and the most important thing for us is that you’re happy.
In the unlikely event we can’t fix the problem, we’ll give you a full refund.
